The girl who cried Moon.

Ok, so I am sitting here and I am not able to concentrate on anything and I just can’t seem to get my mind right.
It’s full with all this foggy consumed gunk, and my emotions? Well that’s another story. I woke up feeling funky AF and emotional AF. So what’s going on? Why do these full moon’s make us feel this way?

Well I know that the moon is associated with emotions, and let’s not forget that we are in Cancer season. I love my crab babies, they are very intuitive, caring, and emotional. So we have that on top of a mars retrograde, and a full moon in self righteous Capricorn. No wonder we feel so burnt out or like we wanna pull our hair and cry!

Hey, check it.

Its ok to feel emotional, it’s ok to cry and its ok to be angry!!

As a society we repress so much of our emotions, we are told that we have to be positive and happy all the time! If you worked in customer service, what’s the first thing they tell you? “Make sure you smile” those words would make me cringe. What if you don’t feel like it? What if you’re dying inside? I still have to be forced to show an emotion that contradicts with what I feel inside?

This is why I love/hate Full moons & Retrograde periods. They are a blessing in disguise even if it doesn’t seem like it because of the following:

It forces you to deal with your shit.

It makes you check yourself before you wreck yourself.

It brings back old stuff/people from the past that still needs closure.

And it makes you reevaluate where you’re at in your life to make sure you if you need to make minor adjustments or let go of what no longer serves you.

So you see, it’s not so bad. It’s not what people on social media like to make you believe. But remember, there is NO negative emotion. It’s just an emotion. All emotion’s are messengers. Good and bad. So take it in, breathe, and release.
